Account and data deletion

This page describes how users of the Hermet Family app (developed by ENTROPY BAY, S.L.) can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.
How to request deletion
To request the deletion of your account and personal data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@hermet.ai with the subject line "Account deletion request".
- In the body of the message, include the full name and email address associated with your Hermet Family account.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received and processed.
Only the account holder or a legally authorized representative may request deletion.
Data that will be deleted
Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Account information (name, email address, phone number)
- Conversation history with Maria
- App preferences and settings
- Usage and activity data
Data retained for legal obligations
In accordance with applicable regulations, certain data will be retained for the legally required periods:
- Billing data: will be retained for 6 years in accordance with Spanish tax law (General Tax Act).
- Anonymized analytics data: fully anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes and service improvement, as it cannot identify any individual user.
Processing timeline
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with Article 12.3 of the GDPR.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
